Open call for participants for YE “CREATING DIALOGUE”

CYA Krik is looking for 2 participants (1 group leader and 1 participant ) for the APV ”Creating dialogue” and YE ”Creating dialogue”

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

THE PROJECT WILL BRING TOGETHER 42 YOUNG PEOPLE FROM CZECH REPUBLIC, NORTH MACEDONIA, SPAIN, POLAND, GREECE, ITALY AND TURKEY. 

EACH COUNTRY WILL BE REPRESENTED BY 6 PARTICIPANTS (5 YOUNG PEOPLE + 1 GROUP LEADER)

HOSTING ORGANISATION: CESTA ROZVOJE, CZECH REPUBLIC 

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

AT THE TIME OF RISING CONCERNS IN EUROPE OVER RADICALISATION AND VIOLENT EXTREMISM, THE ROLE OF EDUCATION AND INTERCULTURAL AND INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE PLAYS A BIG ROLE IN PROMOTING RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY WHICH WILL LEAD TO PEACEFUL AND RESPECTFUL COEXISTENCE. WE BELIEVE THAT SUCH YOUTH EXCHANGE WILL PROVIDE POSITIVE  EXPERIENCES OF INTERCULTURAL ENCOUNTERS AND ENGAGEMENTS WHICH COULD HELP PREVENT RADICALISATION AND PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING, COOPERATION AND MUTUAL RESPECT NEEDED FOR US TO LIVE TOGETHER.

AIM OF THE YE: 

THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF IMPORTANCE OF INTERCULTURAL AND INTERRELIGIOUS DIALOGUE AS AN ESSENTIAL TOOL FOR BRINGING POSITIVE CHANGE TO THE COMMUNITIES BY CREATING RESPECT FOR CULTURAL DIVERSITY, IMPROVING COEXISTENCE IN TODAY’S DIVERSE SOCIETIES AND ENCOURAGING ACTIVE EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP. 

METHODOLOGY: 

THE PROGRAM OF THE PROJECT WILL BE BASED ON NON-FORMAL EDUCATION METHODOLOGY AND WILL BE IMPLEMENTED WITH THE SUPPORT OF GROUP LEADERS. 

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS: 

– YOUNG PEOPLE MOTIVATED AND INTERESTED IN THE TOPIC 

– AGE LIMIT 18-30 (GROUP LEADERS 18+) 

– BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH 

– GENDER BALANCE (50/50)

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS:

ACCOMODATION AND FOOD: 100% COVERED BY ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME TRAVEL COSTS: ARE BUDGETED ACCORDING ERASMUS+ CONDITIONS (USING THE EU DISTANCE CALCULATOR) 

MAXIMUM REIMBURSMENT COULD BE AS FOLLOWING: CZECH REPUBLIC – 20 EUR 

POLAND – 180 EUR 

MACEDONIA, ITALY, GREECE, TURKEY – 275 EUR 

SPAIN – 360 EUR 

TRAVEL REIMBURSMENT WILL BE DONE AFTER THE PROJECT ON BANK ACCOUNT UPON RECEIVING ALL TICKETS, INVOICES, BOARDING PASSES. 

OTROKOVICE: 

OTROKOVICE IS THE SMALL TOWN RIGHT NEXT TO REGIONAL CITY OF ZLÍN WITH RICH INDUSTRIAL HISTORY AND FUNCIONALISM ARCHITECTURE. WE WILL BE STAYING IN A YOUTH CENTRE BASE. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED IN QUADRUPLE ROOMS WITH SHARED BATHROOM. IT IS SITUATED RIGHT ON THE BANK OF THE LAKE AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR SPACE WITH PLACE FOR A CAMPFIRE. WE WILL HAVE THE WHOLE PLACE JUST FOR US, SO WE ARE SURE THAT OUR STAY WILL BE COMFORTABLE AND PRODUCTIVE.

CYA Krik is looking for 3 participants for the TC “Innovate.Educate.Repeat.”.

Where: Kolín, Chech Republic

When: 6-14 November 2021

Participant profile

  • -at least 18 years old
  • -at least intermediate level of English
  • -being present for the whole training
  • -being an active youthworker / trainer /NGO worker / teacher or looking to work with youth in the future

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

By implementing the project we want to:

1) capacitate youth workers in adjustment of their
workshops according to groups abilities;

2) enhance knowledge on innovative tools in youth
work, that can be applied to groups with different
needs;

3) demonstrate efficiency of specific tools for
education purposes

4) improve quality of such methods as simulation
games and gamification when used in youthwork.

ACCOMMODATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

The participants will be accommodated in Hotel Theresia (Kolín, close to Prague)
in double or triple rooms equipped with all comforts
(towels and soap will by provided by the hotel).

3 meals and 2 coffee breaks will be provided in the
hotel.

Food and accommodation is fully covered
by the organizers with the support
of the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Programme.

ART OF INCLUSION – INCUBATOR OF MIXED- ABILITY YOUTH PROJECTS

Our main idea is to explore and discuss the concept of mixed- ability youth project, in which young people with and without a disability can participate on equal basis.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS : 30 

DATES AND DURATION : 6 days , Arrival to the project venue – 11 /09 , Informal integration in the evening Departure from project venue – 18 /09 

PROJECT VENUE : Szklarska Poręba ( Ka r k o n o s z e M o u n t a i n s ) 

PARTICIPANT PROFILE : Older than 17 years old 

Experience in work with youth with disability / or strong interest in getting such experience

OBLIGATORY : active involvement in sending Organization activities – full time / part time worker / volunteer 

OBLIGATORY : to be available to attend all the project activities

T R A I N I N G    C O U R S E    P R O G R A M 

Presentations of good practices from representatives of partner organizations, which are experienced in topic of mixed- ability projects (there fore we expect participants, who are directly involved in organization activities) 

Simulation activities , which will help us to find out how we can reshape activities , so they will be more inclusive . We will concentrate on seeing and hearing disability, limited mobility and mild mental disorders (e.g. autism and down syndrom) 

Study visit to local Social Enterpriseas a Supported Employment model for people with disabilities, Integration and team building activities.

Presentaion of Erasmus + program and discussion about possibilities 

REI MBURSEMENT RULES: 

Reimbursement of travel costs is based on on-line Erasmus + Distance Calculator. For North Macedonia 275euros.

Open call for TC “Learn to Optimize Volunteering Experience – LOVE”

CYA Krik is looking for 4 participants for a TC “Learn to Optimize Volunteering Experience – LOVE”

Where: Šibenik, Croatia

When: 30th September – 6th October 2021

Summary of the project:

The training “Learn to Optimize Volunteering Experience – LOVE” is an Erasmus+ project for youth workers, youth leaders, youth educators, youth organizations and Institutions who care about the quality of their work with and for young people. The activity aims to bring together youth organisations staff from different European countries and provide them the opportunity to share ideas and practices about all what concern the promotion of volunteering values and activities in the local communities. The participants will acquire more awareness about the importance of voluntarism in the local communities. They will get new tools and knowledge to engage young people in volunteering activities as only few youngsters take part in this kind of events. However, the participants will also have the opportunity to get and simulate methods to design volunteering activities, which support the local communities, and in the same time the personal development of the involved youngsters

The proposal also wants to provide youth organisations and youth workers with training and co-operation opportunities in order to develop their professionalism and the European dimension of youth work.

Who can apply?

  • Young people aged over 18
  • Knowledge of English
  • Experience in group leadership
  • Participants are expected to have the time and willingness to participate in the project

TC Partnership Building for “ESC Receiving and Supporting Organisations”

CYA Krik is issuing an open call for 5 participants for TC Partnership Building for “ESC Receiving and Supporting Organisations”

Where: Muş, Turkey

When:20-28 August 2021

The project background:

Within the scope of our project, we would like to support the organisation which are  willing to acquire ECS Quality Label as the program renewed for 2021-2027  programming period. Meanwhile doing so, We want to help the organisations to  establish partnerships together and develop new projects.  

We have developed our project based on the fact that a new program for the next  programming period as 2021-2027 within European Solidarity Corps program.We have  developed this project to address the very need of the organisations to increase the  visibility of the European Solidarity Corps Programme as well as to introduce the  program to the new comer organisations. Moreover, with the implementation of this  project we want to increase the knowledge of the organisations on application  processes of European Solidarity Corps Quality Label, Volunteering Projects and  Solidarity Projects.  

Moreover, the project aims to reach the young people with fewer opportunities in our  district to increase the visibility of the program within the young people with fewer  opportunities. The activity as well have an aim to develop partnerships between the  organisations for the future projects within Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps  activities.  

The objectives of the project:  

– To raise awareness on ESC within the concept of volunteering and solidarity  – To establish partnerships under ESC and provide a space to do so for the  organisations from Programme and Partner countries  

– To increase the capacity of the organisations on development of volunteering project  applications, Quality Label Applications and Solidarity Applications  – To increase the skills of youth workers to reach out young people with fewer  opportunities  

The program of the activity is focused on the development of Quality Label  Applications, Volunteer Management and Inclusion of Young people with fewer  opportunities along with the usage of Youthpass in volunteering projects.

Participants profile and involvement :

  • 18+ years old 
  • has been involved in non-formal education context in local level as youth worker or as  young people  
  • Motivation to take part in a mutual learning process in an intercultural setting • has interest to work on volunteering activities  
  • sensitive to the participation and engagement of young people topic and willing to  implement actions 
  • has a sufficient level of English ( B1-C1 ) 
  • less knowledge of Quality Label, Volunteering activities or European Solidarity Corps

Travel reimbursement: 

Travel must take place at Economic class.

Travel reimbursement will be assured according to Erasmus+ Programme rules and  on basis of travel documents provided in original, in the cuantum of max. 275 euro/person.

Центарот за младински активизам КРИК, ќе презентира три документи кои служат за олеснување на работата на младинските работници при вклучување на мигранти во своите секојдневни активности. Младиинфо ќе ја претстави новата платформа МОЖНОСТИ ЗА МЛАДИ, која обезбедува лесен и едноставен пристап за младите од С. Македонија до можности за професионален и личен развој.

Центарот за младински активизам КРИК, изработи три документи кои служат за олеснување на работата на младинските работници при вклучување на мигранти во своите секојдневни активности. Документите се подготвени како дел од проектните активности од проектот: Херои и Хероини за инклузија во младинска работа, финансиран од Ерасмус + програмата. На овој настан, КРИК ќе ги претстави трите документи кои се подготвени:
-Истражување за состојбата и активностите/програмите кои се понудени за инклузија на мигранти;
-Водич за активности за младински работници и инклузија на мигрантите во секојдневните активности; и
-Програма: Користење на спорт како метод за младинска работа и инклузија на мигранти во секојдневните активности

The project background:

The International seminar Sport focus in education is activity of the  project Expanding soft skills borders, PasSPORT in education. The project approaches the beneficial impact of sport techniques as educational method that can  be applied in educational courses for development of beneficiaries soft skills.  

The project supports the importance of soft skills, as a basis for further  development of specialized competences and the development of soft skills seen as  transversal skills that are needed for any individual in the professional training.  Opportunities that support knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired through non formal and informal learning have an important role in enhancing employability  

and life quality. In this consideration competent resource people in grassroots  sport and education are essential for raising awareness, and putting in value the  benefits that sport can bring on development of transversal skills. 

Aim of the seminar: 

 The seminar will support an interactive framework of putting together the know how  in sport and non-formal education aiming to develop 10 non formal methods using  sport. Two of the methods created will be dedicated to involving young people with  disabilities. 

Sports approached :

Each partner shall involve two types of sports, of which one will be dance(dancesport  and Zumba). Other sports approached: chess, football, fitness and martial arts.  

Participants profile and involvement :

  •  Participants profile: youth workers, trainers, sport specialists with  experience in sport and non-formal education, with motivation to  participate to exchange know-how on non-formal methods through sport for young people, to develop new methods and tools, to  develop practical skills for working with young people, to work  with youth workers and sport specialists from different  countries.
  • The participants will be directly involved in the implementation of the  awareness campaign and local trainings and will represent resource people in project  implementation. 

Travel reimbursement: 

Travel must take place at Economic class.

Отворен повик за „We Make Democracy!“

ЦМА Крик објавува повик за 5 учесници за проектот „We Make Democracy!“.

Каде: Онлајн платформа (за првата активност), понатамошните активности од проектот ќе се одржат во Швајцарија (најверојатно лето 2021, нема точни дати поради пандемијата).

Кога: Првата активност ќе се одвива онлајн од 26.05-27.05, а за понатамошните активности ќе се одредат датите подоцна.

Проектот „We make democracy 2“ е проект за вклученост и инклузија кој поттикнува активно граѓанство кај младите. Овој проект овозможува алатки и обука за менаџирање на различност и поттикнување инклузија преку врснички размени помеѓу младите и младинските организации од Швајцарија и земјите од Балканот (Албанија, Босна и Херцеговина, Хрватска, Косово, Црна Гора, Северна Македонија, Србија и Словенија). Проектот е со времетраење од јануари 2021 до крајот на 2022 година.

Проектните резултати се двојни, од една стана овозможување на хоринзонтална соработка меѓу млади и младински организации и ќе биде направена онлајн платформа за зголемување на видливоста на проектот, размените на учесниците и дисеминација на резултати како и интернационални партнерства.

Во рамки на проектот се вклучени онлајн активности но и обука со физичко присуство. Планирани се 1-2 активности годишно кои ќе се реализираат во Швајцарија и една од земјите од Западен Балкан. Сите трошоци поврзани со пат и сместување ќе бидат покриени од страна на организаторот.

Првата активност, која ќе биде во формат на онлајн работилници, започнува на 26 и 27ми мај со цел запознавање на учесниците, претставување на основните концепти и принципи врз кои проектот ќе се реализира и планирање на активностите во следниот период.

Кој да аплицира?
– Млади од 18-30 години кои се активни во младински организации
– Познавање на англиски јазик
– Искуство во лидерство во група
– Приоритет ќе им биде даден на учесниците кои се соочуваат со специфични бариери за учество. Поради истражување на инклузија и ексклузја, најразновидна можна група е една од целите на организаторите
– Се очекува од учесниците дека имаат време и подготвеност да учествуваат во текот на целиот проект

Истражување – Пристап до волонтирање

Центар за младински активизам Крик заедно со партнерите во проектот „Пристап до волонтирање“ спроведува истражување за учеството на млади лица со попреченост во волонтерски активности. Кликнете подоле на прашалникот кој се однесува на вас и пополнете го, со цел заедно да придонесеме кон зголемување на пристапот до волонтирање на младите лица со попреченост.

Целта на овој прашалник е да се научи од организациите кои тековно работат или во иднина планираат да работат со млади волонтери. Прашањата ги покриваат начините на кои вашата организација се ангажира и ги подджува волонтерите, односно вашите идеи и предлози.

*Бројот на лица од една организација кои го пополнуваат прашалникот е неограничен.

ПРАШАЛНИК ЗА ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

Целта на овој прашалник е да се слушнат искуствата на младите лица со попреченост, нивните идеи и приоритети кога станува збор за волонтирање. Ова значи дека најголем број на прашања се наменети специфично за млади лица со попреченост, но има неколку прашања на почетокот за секој кој ќе го започне прашалникот.

ПРАШАЛНИК ЗА МЛАДИ ЛИЦА

„Пристап до волонтирање“ е проект имплементиран со поддршка од Еразмус+ програмата на Европска Унија. Проектниот тим се состои од организациите Бенгаренг, Меѓународен сервис, ЦМА Крик и Офенсива, а се спроведува во Италија, Северна Македонија, Романија и Обединето Кралство.
